Carbon School
About
Our school is a unique Kindergarten to Grade 9 public school nestled in the valley along the Kneehill Creek. With a staff of 6 teachers and 4 support staff and an enrolment of approximately 60 students, Carbon School takes pride in offering a quality all around education for its students.
- Carbon Preschool is a parent-run program, located in Carbon School, for ages 3 & 4
- Acme School is the designated High School (Grades 10 – 12). Bussing is provided from Carbon School to and from Acme School which aligns with the Carbon School bus routes.
Acme School website Facebook - This year, Carbon School Junior High students (Grade 7 – 9) participate in core subjects in the morning and are bussed to Dr. Elliott School in Linden in the afternoons to participate in Options and after school sports programs (for student athletes).
- A lunch program is available for K – 9 students free of charge through government grants
