Join us at the Caboose, across from the Community Centre, for donuts & hot chocolate, Christmas caroling, children gift bags donated by Carbon Legion, and a visit from Santa with wrapped books for the kids donated by the Carbon Library, and Christmas movie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, at the Carbon Community Centre beginning at 8:00pm.

Vote of electors will be held regarding 2022-865 Borrowing Bylaw – In Favour or Opposed.
Voting date: Tuesday, November 15, 2022, between 10:00am to 8:00pm, at the Carbon Community Centre, photo identification required with name and address of residence.
Must be a Village of Carbon resident to vote.

Council Meetings are held at 6:00 pm every first (1st) and every third (3rd) Monday of the month, unless the Monday falls on a Statutory Holiday, in which case the meeting will be held the following Tuesday. Council meetings are held on these dates, at the Village Office, unless otherwise posted.
Council Chambers are now open to the public at 5:55 pm (or 5 minutes prior to meeting start time) with limited, first come – first serve seating for 5 individuals. The option remains to join the Council Meetings by calling the following teleconference number: 1-403-917-1573. This is for listening purposes only – no questions will be answered unless you are a Delegate on the Agenda. Please do not put the line on hold and keep your mute button on. The Village Office is currently working on viewing the Council Meetings by video via YouTube. The public will be notified when this is available.
