Community Spring Clean Up

DAY & TIME
Thursday, May 26:  1:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday, May 27:         1:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday, May 28:   9:00am – 5:00pm

LOCATION: Reservoir, top of Eagles Hill, North of Hwy. 836 on Cemetery Hill Road (gravel).

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS
FREE: Household Refuse – kitchen / bathroom refuse, furniture & toys. Grass clippings and leaves must be bagged.

FREE: Metal – bikes, BBQ’s, pipe, metal furniture, car parts
(all fuel and oil MUST be removed from any motorized units.
eg. lawnmowers, weed wipers, etc.)

FREE: E-Waste – T.V.’s, computers, DVD players, microwaves,
stereo’s and their components.

CHARGE – $7 PER ITEM – CASH ONLY: Appliances – stoves, washer,
dryers, dishwashers.

CHARGE – $15 PER ITEM – CASH ONLY: fridges & deep freezers.
DO NOT remove Freon before disposal.

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

¨ No renovation/demolition materials such as wood, carpet,
underlay, cupboards, toilets, commercial trade waste, used
motor oil, oil containers, oil filters.

¨ No barb wire and chain link fence.

¨ No propane bottles.

¨ No toxic substances including empty containers that contained
toxic substances: paint cans, spray paint, pesticide / herbicides.

**NO TREE BRANCHES ACCEPTED THIS YEAR**
**NO RUMAGING IN BINS OR ELECTRONIC PILES**
